Return and Refund Policy

Oh My Lash! strives for fast delivery. Orders placed before 15.00:30 PM on a working day are usually shipped the same day. Maximum delivery period is 30 days after receipt of the order, except for advance payments (XNUMX days after receipt of payment).

Delivery obligation is fulfilled when delivery is offered. Carrier report in case of refusal of acceptance serves as proof.

Delivery times are stated on the website, but are indicative and no rights can be derived from them. In case of delay, the buyer will be informed within one working day.

Deliveries take place at the specified address. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the delivery address.

Different conditions may apply to deliveries abroad. Partial deliveries are considered separate transactions.

Incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours.

The customer can return (part of) the goods within 7 working days, with the exception of liquids, lotions and glues.

If goods are not returned on time, the purchase is considered final. Returns must be reported to Oh My Lash within 7 working days of delivery! Proof of timely return is required.

Returns must be in original packaging, including accessories and documentation, and in new condition. Use, damage or changes void the right of cancellation. Oh My Lash! may charge administration costs.

After receipt of return shipment, the purchase amount excluding shipping and handling costs will be refunded within 30 days. Costs and risks of return shipment are for the customer.

Right of withdrawal does not apply to services for which performance has started, price-dependent goods on the financial market, custom-made or hygienic goods/goods that spoil quickly.

In case of non-compliant returns, the purchase amount will not be refunded. The product remains the property of the buyer, who is obliged to collect it within 2 weeks or pay delivery costs.

At Oh My Lash! we apply specific conditions for B2B sales. Warranty applies to electronic products (3 months) and lamps (1 year) after receipt.

Oh My Lash! is only liable in the event of intent or gross negligence. No liability for consequential or business damage, indirect damage, loss of profit.

Compensation for damage is the maximum invoice amount. No warranty in case of normal wear and tear, unauthorized changes, missing/change/illegibility of invoice, incorrect/improper use, intent/gross negligence/insufficient maintenance.

Costs for repair defects will be communicated. Do you not agree with the cost estimate? Returns subject to payment of research costs. Unpaid research costs after 6 months will lead to transfer of ownership to Oh My Lash!.

We strive for fair handling of warranty claims and repairs, with good communication and consultation with our business customers.
