Postage costs
Up to €25, the shipping costs are €5.60. If your order is above € 25, – the shipping costs are free!
Up to €100, the shipping costs are €8.50. Above €100,- the shipping costs are free.
Till € 200,- the shipping costs are € 17,50. Up to € 200,- free shipping.
Till € 250,- the shipping costs are € 17,50. Up to € 250,- free shipping.
Delivery
Orders placed on workdays before 3 p.m. and paid will be sent the same day. You will receive a Track & Trace number by email with which you can track your order at www.internationalparceltracking.com
PostNL will deliver your order within 24 hours. Unfortunately, PostNL may have a delay.
Oh My Lash! is not responsible for delays at PostNL.
Returns
- You must send an e-mail to info@oh-my-lash.nl before a return shipment. Describe the reason for return, your name, and order number
- The return address is: Oh My Lash!, Faradaystraat 4D, 8013PH Zwolle
- The costs for the return are for the buyer unless Oh My Lash! made a wrong delivery.
- Liquids, lotions, and glues cannot be returned.
- Oh My Lash! cannot be held liable in the event of loss of the return shipment. We, therefore, advise you to return with Track & Trace.
- Oh My Lash! only processes returns that have been notified by e-mail, that are unopened, and that have the products in the original packaging.
